Fixing Up Old Fics :)

Recently, I've gotten into the habit of posting my fanfics here by first posting them on Tumblr, copying them and pasting them here (as it preserves the essential formatting); I've realized that this is a FAR easier to read set-up than the PDFs I used to use, so now I'm going back and editing my old fics so they used the new system!

It'll probably take a few days first, but it'll be easier on people new to my stories.

Hey HVK, I was thinking: what would be a society that evolved without the concept of fiction?

I mean, when they see other alien civilization writing novels and filming movies, they can't understand why they need to do this, why they need to invent stories when reality is enough, and that they're psychologically incapable of creating fiction (when one of them starts to write a novel, he starts to wonder what's the point of it and can't write, for example).

Hmm, that's actually a really good question!

Given that so much of human society is based around stories (mythology, references to those stories, entertainment, and so on), it's hard to imagine a culture that doesn't do that!
